Camp Sahara Loyalty Club Regulations

1. To join the Company's Camp Sahara Loyalty Club (hereinafter: ‘’Loyalty Club’’), you are required to complete the appropriate form found on the Company’s website. In accordance with Company policy, Loyalty Club members are eligible to receive benefits, such as discounts, e-mail updates on promotions and special events, gifts and more, all at the sole discretion of the Company's management.
2. Loyalty Club members will be entitled to the benefits and discounts available to members, upon entering their purchase details. The purchaser will be eligible to receive the discount provided when placing the order, by presenting an ID card and the club code upon arrival at Camp Sahara. In the event that the purchaser is unable to identify himself as a Loyalty Club member upon arrival, the discount he received when placing the reservation will be withdrawn and deemed void, and he will be charged the full price, according to the price list that applies at that time.
3. It is hereby clarified that multiple promotions or discounts are not valid, all valid discounts will be in accordance with Loyalty Club regulations only.
4. It is hereby emphasized that, unless otherwise indicated, Loyalty Club members do not qualify for additional discounts on discounts periodically published on accommodation prices on the Company’s website.
5. According to the provisions of the law, it is hereby clarified and acknowledged that the Company shall be permitted to send updates to any user who joins the Company's Loyalty Club through the website via e-mail and/or SMS. Through a specific authorization in the registration form, the user hereby agrees that he shall have no claims and/or plea and/or demands in relation thereto.
6. For the avoidance of doubt it is hereby clarified that all terms related to joining the Loyalty Club, the benefits associated with the Loyalty Club, and all additional information may be obtained by clicking on the following link: https://www.campsahara.co.il/club-members. It is further clarified that the regulations of the Loyalty Club and those of the website complement each other, and neither detracts from the other.
